The Carb Coop Small Batch Micro Bakery (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a small-scale, home-based micro bakery specializing in artisan, small-batch baked goods. By purchasing or consuming our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Allergen Notice
Our products are made in a kitchen that may process and come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts (including tree nuts), peanuts, soy, and sesame. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee any product is completely allergen-free. Customers with severe allergies should consume at their own risk.

2. Health & Dietary Disclaimer
Our baked goods are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We do not claim any health benefits. Nutritional information may be provided upon request but should be considered estimates only. Individuals with specific dietary needs or medical conditions should consult a healthcare professional before consuming our products.

3. Order Accuracy & Refunds
All sales are final. While we strive for accuracy and customer satisfaction, The Carb Coop is not liable for errors in orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue at our discretion.

4. Product Handling & Storage
Our products are made without preservatives and are best enjoyed fresh. We are not responsible for products that spoil due to improper handling or storage after pickup or delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate, freeze, or consume baked goods within the recommended time frame.

5. Website & Marketing Content
All content on our website, social media, or printed materials is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of this content and reserve the right to make changes at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing and consuming our products, you expressly agree that The Carb Coop Small Batch Micro Bakery, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.
